You will never find authentic Mexican food in a restaurant. They take too many short cuts. The best Mexican food is found in homes. Mexican food done right requires lots of toasting of spices, roasting, brazing, stewing, fresh ingredients etc… Restaurants cut out these steps and ingredients to cut costs, that's why you'll never be satisfied.
EDIT: Oh and just because a Mexican owns a Mexican restaurant does not mean it will be good or that it is "authentic". Often times they are the worst offenders.

Well the placement near the water just makes it less of a threat compared to being far from the water. Its constant threat versus a once in a while threat. This is how the industry will be until a new form of energy that is very efficient comes along. That will not be for a very long time and no natural energy isn’t efficient yet for anyone who feels it is.
I don't know about anything but the CNG stuff. We looked into converting our cars to cng but it was pretty expensive (apx. $8000), so we bought used cars that already were converted originally at the factory. Ford, GM and Dodge made a number of cng vehicles as fleet vehicles for utility companies and the government in the mid 1990's thru about 2004. We have a 1998 Ford F-150 pickup truck and a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria, and they are both great! Natural gas is just 97 cents a gallon here, and we have filling stations nearby, so it was a no-brainer. The dude that posted earlier said something about cng being not environmentally friendly – well, he's way off because our Crown Vic had an emissions test done and it came in WAY,WAY lower in emissions than any gasoline powered car out there, including a Prius. Anyway, check out eBay and Craigslist and GSA auctions for cng cars and trucks – they're out there and they are super cheap to buy right now. Some states give very nice tax credits for buying cng cars, too, so don't forget about that. I'll list a few sources below so you can do some research and see if cng is for you. Good luck!

But it doesn’t mean people can’t give her suggestions. And read her other responses. She says she has spare time. Oh, ignore all the HISS vs MISS vs LISS debates, they’re tired. If you have a cardio-based activity that you enjoy doing, than do it! Exercise is not for fat loss anyhow: it’s very overall health and fitness. I’ve discontinued my 45 minute daily elliptical sessions since I started keto, partly because I was getting headaches (probably because my brain wanted some carbs), but also because I was losing just as much weight eating low-carb as I was eating high-carb with tons of exercise.
